L&L Metal Fabrication in Tontitown, Arkansas, is seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. You will work from drawings to fabricate various custom components, with strong emphasis on precision and quality.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of TIG welding experience, especially on stainless steel and aluminum, and can read shop drawings, fit parts, and use common fabrication tools. The job includes a variety of projects and a safe, organized shop environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional TIG welding experience.
• Strong TIG welding skills on stainless steel and aluminum.
• Experience reading and working from detailed shop drawings, blueprints, measurements, and fabrication details.
• Experience with fitting metal components for welding and fabrication.
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure and common fabrication tools.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
• Fabricate custom metal components and assemblies according to drawings, dimensions, and project specifications.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and fabrication details.
• Fit, measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
• Produce clean, accurate welds while maintaining proper fit, alignment, and finish.
• Perform grinding, finishing, and cleanup as required to produce a professional finished product.
• Inspect your own work for quality, dimensions, and conformance to project requirements.
• Use common fabrication tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Work with supervisors and other fabrication team members to complete projects accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area.

L&L Metal Fabrication is looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join our team in Tontitown, Arkansas.

We are looking for a skilled welder who takes pride in producing clean, precise, high-quality work. This position is ideal for someone with strong TIG welding experience who enjoys custom fabrication, working from drawings, and building a variety of projects rather than performing the same repetitive weld every day.

This is a full-time, on-site position in an active metal fabrication shop.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional TIG welding experience
• Strong TIG welding skills on stainless steel and aluminum
• Experience reading and working from detailed shop drawings, blueprints, measurements, and fabrication details
• Experience with fitting metal components for welding and fabrication
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure and common fabrication tools
• Comfortable standing for extended periods, working around fabrication equipment, handling materials, and performing the physical tasks associated with welding and metal fabrication
• Eligible to work in the United States

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is especially valuable:

• Experience with architectural or ornamental metalwork
• Experience fabricating handrails, stairs, frames, or custom assemblies
• Experience with grinding and finishing exposed welds

• Competitive pay of 55000-85000 USD/year based on experience and demonstrated welding ability
