All in the Family Early Learning Cenyer in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to join our caring team. You will lead a classroom of preschoolers, plan engaging lessons, and support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.

The ideal candidate has a passion for early childhood education, relevant certifications or degrees, strong communication with families, and a team‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Passion for early childhood education and fostering development of preschoolers.
• Experience as a Preschool Teacher or similar is desirable.
• 45-hour Growth and Development certification required or equivalent.
• 45-hour Preschool Curriculum Certificate required or equivalent.
• CDA or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred, or equivalent experience/certifications.

• Stay updated on current trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education to continually enhance teaching methods and strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher or in a similar role is highly desirable, demonstrating a strong foundation in early childhood education principles.
