You will conduct tax interviews, prepare returns, and help grow the business by expanding client relationships and offering additional services. Franchise office specifics apply; enrollment in or completion of required courses is noted but not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support and audit notice services
• Must meet continuing education requirements and IRS/state requirements
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership)
