Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking an Experienced Seasonal Tax Preparer in Springdale, AR to help clients with their federal and state tax returns this tax season. You will identify deductions/credits and provide excellent service using our software.

Flexible scheduling is offered, including part-time and full-time seasonal roles. Applicants should have at least one season of tax prep experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Qualifications

• At least one season of professional tax preparation experience; two or more preferred.
• Knowledge of individual federal and state income tax returns.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid IRS PTIN; assistance with application/renewal available.
