Job summary
Jackson Hewitt - 3321 is seeking experienced Tax Preparers to join our team. You’ll leverage tax knowledge in a fast-paced, client-focused role across multiple SC locations including N. Charleston, W. Ashley, Hanahan, Summerville and Goose Creek.

Qualifications
- 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
- Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently or with team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn
- Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fast-paced environment
- Leverage tax expertise and knowledge of tax laws to prepare returns
- Assist clients across tax scenarios in a supportive, friendly manner
