Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - GKO in Riverdale, GA seeks Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal, fast-paced role. You will prepare tax returns, serve clients, and leverage your tax knowledge to deliver accurate results in a friendly environment.

This position offers flexible schedules, performance-based bonuses, sign-on bonus, and opportunities for advancement. Training is provided to help you stay current with tax laws and software, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are required.

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership returns.

What you need:

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Language Requirement:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required for effective communication with a diverse client base.
