Job summary

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. in Orlando seeks experienced tax preparers to join a fast-paced team. You will prepare and review individual, trust, and partnership tax returns, provide outstanding client service, and stay current on tax laws to ensure accurate filings.

The role emphasizes flexibility, a connection with clients, and opportunities to advance within the organization. PTIN certification is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fast-paced environment.
