Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience filing individual, trust, and/or partnership returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service to tax clients in a fast-paced setting.
• Assist with seasonal tax preparation processes and client queries.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Stay updated on tax laws and training materials.
