EZI is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity in Louisiana. You will leverage your tax expertise and customer service skills to handle individual, trust, and partnership returns in a flexible, fast-paced setting while delivering great client experiences.

This role offers a $150 signing bonus, earned wage access, training, and pathways for advancement. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with benefits and a strong emphasis on support and development.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.
