Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - EMR is seeking experienced tax preparers for a seasonal role in the United States. You will apply your tax expertise, business background, and knowledge of tax laws to deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced setting.

Flexible schedules and a focus on helping clients during peak season are offered. This position includes a $150 sign-on bonus for new employees, with additional perks such as training, advancement opportunities, and a mix of full-time and part-time

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service during the tax season.
• Utilize tax knowledge to prepare and review tax returns for individuals, trusts and partnerships.
• Engage clients in a fast-paced setting and ensure accuracy and compliance.
