Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - DHI is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity in Michigan. You will use your tax expertise, business background, and knowledge of tax laws to deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment. Earned wage access and a $150 sign-on bonus are offered.

Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling. Training, development, and opportunities for advancement are provided to help you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced seasonal tax environment.
• Assist clients with tax preparation and filing while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Connect with clients to understand their needs and explain tax concepts clearly.
