Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role in the Town of Lancaster, NY. You will leverage your tax knowledge to prepare returns, interact with clients, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

The position offers flexible schedules, opportunities for advancement, and a $150 sign-on bonus for new employees. Training is provided to support your growth within the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience preparing individual, trust, and/or partnership returns.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while preparing tax returns.
• Connect with clients to understand their needs and offer accurate tax solutions.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of client information.
• Assist with related tax education and training when needed.
