Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - DHI is hiring Experienced Tax Preparers for seasonal opportunities in Michigan. You will prepare tax returns and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment, with flexible schedules.

Full-time and part-time roles available, plus a $150 signing bonus for new employees. Training, advancement opportunities, and benefits are offered to support your success this tax season.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns during the seasonal period
• Provide exceptional client service and build client relationships
• Assist clients with questions and tax planning during busy season
