Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - EMG is seeking experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity in Swansboro, NC. You will prepare individual, trust, and partnership returns, deliver excellent client service, and work in a fast-paced setting with support for learning.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual, trust and/or partnership tax returns.
• Provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly with clients and answer tax-related questions.
• Assist with ongoing training and tax law updates.
