Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - ETA is looking for Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity in a fast-paced environment. You will assist clients with individual, trust and/or partnership tax returns, delivering excellent service while leveraging your tax knowledge and business background.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service during tax preparation
• Assist clients with tax returns for individuals, trusts and partnerships as applicable
• Adapt to a fast-paced seasonal workflow and maintain accuracy under time pressure
