Jackson Hewitt - FXS is hiring Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role in Michigan. Earned wage access, competitive salary, and flexible schedules support a busy tax season. You will serve clients with tax expertise and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available with opportunities for advancement. Training and development, plus reimbursement for PTIN registration, are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Leverage tax expertise and knowledge of tax laws to assist clients
• Support other team members during peak season
