Jackson Hewitt - Headquarters in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role. You will apply your tax knowledge to prepare individual, trust or partnership returns while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment
• Assist clients with tax questions and documentation
• Maintain accurate records and stay compliant with tax laws
