Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking experienced tax preparers for a seasonal role in Texas. You will leverage your tax knowledge and client service skills to assist clients during peak season in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ tax seasons experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership returns.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and reliability.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while preparing tax returns.
• Assist clients with tax questions in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
• Participate in training and PTIN related activities.
