Jackson Hewitt - HCE is seeking experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity with flexible schedules. Join a busy team and apply your tax expertise to deliver exceptional client service throughout the tax season.

This role offers a $150 sign-on bonus, performance-based bonuses, paid training, and clear opportunities for advancement. We provide full- and part-time openings with benefits including healthcare options and a company discount program.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn tax software.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while preparing tax returns during the season.
• Accurately complete individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Assist clients and connect with customers in a fast-paced environment.
