Jackson Hewitt - DCE in Ohio is seeking experienced tax preparers for seasonal roles. You will assist clients with tax returns, apply tax laws, and provide high-quality customer service in a lively, fast-paced setting.

Flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement are offered, along with a $150 sign-on bonus for new hires. Two or more tax-season experiences, strong communication, and a willingness to learn are required, with basic computer skills and prior accounting or finance exposure

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.
