Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - FHB is seeking experienced tax preparers for a seasonal role in Missouri. You will leverage tax expertise and customer service skills to prepare individual, trust, and partnership returns in a lively, client-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist clients with tax preparation and filing, leveraging knowledge of tax laws.
• Support team with research and accuracy in returns.
