Jackson Hewitt - HEJ is seeking experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role in Rialto, CA. You will provide exceptional client service while leveraging your tax knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

This opportunity offers a $150 sign-on bonus, flexible schedules, training and development, and chances for advancement as you help clients navigate tax preparation and planning.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of tax return experience (individual/trust/partnership).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and basic computer skills.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual, trust, and partnership tax returns seasonally.
• Provide exceptional client service and build client relationships.
• Leverage tax knowledge to ensure accurate filings.
• Participate in training and development programs.
