Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity in Pittsburgh. You will leverage your tax expertise and client service skills to assist clients in a fast-paced environment and contribute to accurate tax return preparation.

Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible schedule options. A $150 sign-on bonus is offered for new employees, with additional training and advancement opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while assisting clients during the seasonal tax period
• Help clients understand tax options and complete returns accurately
