Job summary

Jackson Hewitt ETF is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role with flexible schedules and opportunities to advance. You will use your tax knowledge and customer service skills to assist clients and ensure accurate returns in a lively environment.

Roles can be full-time or part-time, with a $150 sign-on bonus for new employees. Training, benefits, and growth opportunities are included to help you excel in tax preparation and client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes
