Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - HTN is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity in California. You will provide exceptional client service, apply tax knowledge, and navigate individual, trust, and partnership returns in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a flexible schedule, sign-on bonus of 150, performance-based bonuses, and opportunities for advancement. Training, benefits, and discounts are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Leverage tax knowledge and laws to prepare accurate returns.
• Assist with training and ongoing education as part of seasonal onboarding.
