Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers in Orlando to join a dynamic, fast-paced team. You will provide exceptional client service, leveraging tax expertise and strong communication to connect with clients and help them navigate their tax needs.

The position offers flexible schedules, on-the-job training, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive, performance-driven culture. Prior tax preparation experience is preferred, with potential for bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Use tax knowledge to prep individual, trust, and/or partnership returns.
• Participate in training and utilize resources to stay updated on tax laws.
