Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity in Oceanside, CA. You will leverage your tax knowledge to serve clients in a fast-paced environment and help them maximize refunds while delivering outstanding service.

This role offers flexible schedules, training, and a $150 sign-on bonus. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.
