Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - 3309 is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers to join our team. You will help clients with tax preparation, leveraging your tax knowledge in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while working with tax clients.
• Assist clients with tax preparation and related inquiries.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of client information.
• Keep up-to-date with tax laws and continuing education.
