Jackson Hewitt - CPI in Northborough, MA is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity with flexible schedules. You will apply tax knowledge to prepare returns and deliver outstanding client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of tax return preparation experience (individual, trust, and/or partnership).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to local tax laws.
• Basic computer skills required; experience with tax software a plus.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Provide exceptional client service and build client relationships.
• Assist clients with tax planning and tax law questions as needed.
