EZI is seeking experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role in the Monroe, LA area. Join our team to deliver high-quality tax services with flexible schedules and a supportive environment. A $150 sign-on bonus is offered to new employees, with opportunities for advancement for those who excel during peak season.

Qualifications

• 2+ tax seasons experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership returns.
• Excellent customer service skills and client focus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tax software.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.
