Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of prior tax return experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while preparing and filing tax returns.
• Explain tax concepts and answer client questions clearly.
• Stay up to date with current tax laws and software.
• Support clients through the seasonal workflow.
