Jackson Hewitt - AGD is seeking experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role in New Jersey. You will prepare individual, trust, and partnership tax returns and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement, plus training and development. Eligible candidates should have 2+ seasons of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax preparation services for individuals, trusts and partnerships during the seasonal period.
• Deliver exceptional client service and build client relationships in a fast-paced setting.
• Assist clients with tax questions and ensure accurate, compliant returns.
• Participate in training and development to stay current with tax laws.
