Qualifications

• Two or more seasons of individual tax preparation experience in a professional setting in the last three years.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence and client communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service during tax prep sessions.
• Prepare and file individual tax returns accurately and on time.
• Engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner and answer questions.
