Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - CPI in Connecticut is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role offering flexible schedules and the chance to use your tax expertise to help clients during peak season. You will deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment and leverage your knowledge of tax laws to connect with clients.

With a $150 sign-on bonus for new employees and performance-based bonuses, the position includes training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in tax knowledge.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service during peak season.
• Prepare and review individual, trust, and partnership tax returns.
