Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - FLN in Lewis Center, OH, is seeking experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity with flexible schedules. You’ll provide exceptional client service, use your tax expertise, and connect with clients in a fast-paced environment to help them complete accurate returns.

We offer a $150 sign-on bonus for new employees, earned wage access, training and development, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced seasonal environment
• Assist clients with income tax preparation and related services
• Leverage tax knowledge and client relationships to deliver accurate returns
