Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - GMS is seeking experienced tax preparers for a seasonal role in California. You will deliver exceptional client service, prepare various tax returns, and engage with clients in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided to support growth and success.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement. A $150 sign-on bonus is offered to new employees, and comprehensive benefits help support you and your family

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes
