Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - 1766 is hiring Experienced Tax Preparers in Kentucky to deliver expert tax preparation services with a focus on client satisfaction. This role emphasizes flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and training to stay current with tax regulations.

You will assist clients one-on-one in a dynamic environment, applying your tax knowledge and strong communication to ensure accurate filings and a positive experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare and file individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Keep up with tax laws and participate in available training opportunities.
