Jackson Hewitt - FXS in Kalamazoo, MI is hiring Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role with flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement. You will leverage your tax knowledge to deliver excellent client service in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers a $150 sign-on bonus, training, and a chance to grow within the organization. Full-time and part-time options available; benefits include Earned Wage Access, healthcare options, and a corporate discount.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership returns.
• Passion for extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced tax setting.
• Prepare and review individual, trust, and/or partnership returns as needed.
• Connect with clients to ensure accurate and timely tax filing.
