Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - CPI is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role in Massachusetts. You will deliver exceptional service, prepare individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns, and engage clients in a lively, fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude and strong communication are essential. We offer flexible schedules, a $150 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for advancement along with benefits and training.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Leverage tax expertise and knowledge of tax laws to prepare returns accurately
• Support clients through the tax season with timely, accurate filings
