Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - DHG is seeking experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity in Homestead, FL. You will leverage your tax knowledge and client service skills to prepare individual, trust, and partnership returns in a fast-paced environment.

We offer flexible schedules, a $150 sign-on bonus for new employees, and opportunities for advancement. Training and development support helps you grow with the team while contributing to exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while preparing and reviewing tax returns
• Assist clients in person or remotely with income, deductions, and credits
• Stay updated on tax laws and training materials to ensure accuracy
