Jackson Hewitt - Headquarters in Franklin, TN is seeking experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity. You will assist clients with individual, trust, and partnership returns, delivering accurate filings in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates bring 2+ seasons of tax preparation experience, strong customer service, and clear communication. Training is provided and a signing bonus may apply; flexible schedules and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Assist clients in preparing and reviewing tax returns.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Support training and mentoring for new tax preparers.
