Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual, trust, and partnership tax returns for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and client interaction in a busy setting
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Learn and apply tax software and internal processes
