Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - DRF is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role with flexible schedules. Use your tax knowledge to deliver outstanding client service in a fast-paced environment and help clients maximize refunds.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for individuals, trusts, and partnerships in a fast-paced setting
• Provide exceptional client service and build client relationships
• Assist clients with tax questions and ensure accurate documentation
