Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - ESL is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity at our Elk River, MN location. You will provide friendly, accurate tax preparation services, review client documents, and connect with clients in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with tax laws.

We offer flexible schedules, a $150 sign-on bonus, performance-based bonuses, full or part-time options, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement as you build your tax knowledge and client

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Leverage tax expertise and knowledge of tax laws to prepare returns.
• Assist clients with questions and tax planning basics.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment during the seasonal period.
