Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in preparing individual tax returns and stay informed on current tax laws.
• Participate in required tax training and obtain PTIN registration.
