Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience preparing individual, trust, or partnership tax returns.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain tax concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns for clients.
• Provide exceptional client service and build lasting client relationships.
• Work in a fast-paced seasonal setting with flexibility in scheduling.
• Continually learn and apply tax laws and filing requirements.

What you need:

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes
