Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - DRF in Cleveland, OH seeks experienced tax preparers for a seasonal role with flexible schedules and great client service expectations. You will leverage your tax expertise and work in a fast-paced environment to help clients file accurate returns.

A $150 sign-on bonus is offered for new employees, with opportunities for advancement and a range of benefits including training and development, healthcare options, and a corporate discount program.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities
