Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers to join our team with flexible schedules and a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will use your tax expertise and business background to deliver high-quality service and help clients maximize refunds.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare and file individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Utilize tax knowledge to optimize client outcomes and maintain accuracy.
• Participate in training and PTIN registration as part of onboarding.
