Jackson Hewitt - EMR is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity in Louisiana. You will provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment and help clients with tax returns, leveraging your tax expertise and knowledge of tax laws. Flexible schedules and advancement opportunities abound.

A $150 sign-on bonus is offered for new employees, with training and PTIN registration reimbursement available.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Prepare and file individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Assist clients with basic tax questions and support.
• Stay current with tax laws and filing procedures.
