Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - BEN is hiring experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role in Bel Air, MD. You will prepare individual, trust and partnership returns, deliver exceptional client service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while leveraging your tax knowledge and customer service skills.

Positions include full-time and part-time options with a $150 sign-on bonus for new employees, plus performance-based incentives and training opportunities to advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience preparing individual, trust and/or partnership returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual, trust and partnership tax returns for clients
• Deliver exemplary client service and build strong relationships
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and company policies
